In 2017 i was diagnosed with one blocked fallopian tube and the other, a hydrosalpinx. do i need to redo the hsg in order to go for a laparoscopy?

Not needed: to have another HSG, as these issues likely still remain true. Scope could allow treatment of the blockage and tubes could be checked with a fluid challenge at the same time.
