Have had vocal issues with weak voice and pain. ent said everything looks good. would a pulmonologist be able to help?

Possibly: Your weak voice and pain could be secondary to coughing, smoking, infection, something going on in your chest. Seeing a pulmonologist for a second opinion would be a good idea. If what you have persists and nothing is found on examination consideration for a CAT scan may be warranted .
