Anxiety is amazing!: Anxiety has been found guilty of nearly every bad thing on the books. It often makes you more sensitive to what you's barely notice or imitates problems or releases chemicals that cause symptoms in many systems w/out the usual disease-type cause. Breathing is very involved in stress, panic, fear so breath oddities make sense. If it is gone totally at times, it's less likely to be disease.Try CBT.
