A member asked:

My 26 year old son has been coughing dry cough for 2 or 3 years. it was a small cough and now is more persistent especially in the morning. must we see a pulmonologist or an ent? he doesnt smoke

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Start with his doc: This is often a sign of mild untreated asthma. His regular doc can arrange any basic needed to rule this out. If they seem uninterested I would try a pulmonologist.
