Anything: You can eat anything, but make sure it's a healthy well-balanced diet with reduced caloric intake, 3 meals/day, no snacks. Avoid fatty and snack/junk food. Increase your physical activity and exercise daily. There are no magic foods, but you have to burn off 3500 calories that you don't ingest just to lose one pound. Check w/a good registered dietitian. Weight watchers provides good support.
