Count calories!: If you do not count calories, then you will not be as successful as you hope. Remember, high protein, low carb diets are proving unhealthy (again! we know that before the Adkins diet gave us all "memory loss").

Good healthy: balanced diet , Moderate portions, count calories, and exercise 1/2 - 1 hour a day. 1-2 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss.
