Diet: All the diets in the world will not work without motivation. Suggest you start by eating three meals a day and leaving the table satisfied but not feeling stuffed. Totally eliminate snacks and sugar containing soft drinks. Begin a regular exercise program and have patience. This may take time to work. It is simple arithmetic. If you take in less than you are expending you will lose weight.
