Need eval by Gyn onc: It would be wise to have a pelvic ultrasound , consult a Gyn oncologist and have your ovarian cyst evaluated further. Ultimately, either exploratory laparoscopic surgery or laparotomic oophorectomy may be needed to make a definitive diagnosis.
