See your doctor: Cysts on the ovary are common and not necessarily a problem. That said, some cysts represent abnormal growths and need to be removed. Large cysts that cause pain need to be evaluated by your doctor. The other symptoms may or may not be related but they should be evaluated as well. Cysts (especially in a 48 yo with symptoms) require a visit to the doctor.
