I've had ovarian cysts and painful bursts almost every month for years. even more often since my partial hysterectomy february 2013. help.

OCPs or surgery: You could take OCPs to suppress ovulation, as that's when these cysts usually start. The other option would be to have one or both ovaries removed, which can be done laparoscopically. However, if both ovaries are removed, you will need to take hormone replacement, especially at your age.
