Ovarian pain since jan hysterectomy in 2016. u/s found a 5x4cm (l) & 2x3 (r) cyst mri didnt any. very bloated (look 3mos preg) 10/10pain & sex +pain?

Ovarian pain: Post surgical ovarian pain that is severe with bloating generally involves ovarian cysts plus adhesions. Your GYN surgeon should discuss with you your level of tolerance or not for the pain and whether the ovaries are still producing hormones or not in circulation. Removal of the ovaries with hormone replacement may be considered.
