A random reading: is JUST THAT! RANDOM! However a 24 hour collection is indicated. Speak with the Health Care Provider who is treating your SLE! Hope this helps! DrZ

I have done a 24 hr urine test. And came back normal. (Previously high protein). On the contrary my left kidney is still shrinking from 12/2020 at 10.9 to 02/2022 at 8.8 with the left being 12/2020 11.9 to 02/2022 at 11.1. Should this be concerning?
Urine analysis:no protein, urine creatinine randm: 304 high(ref 58-161), renal pro: creatinine 87(ref 50-110) should I be concern.Currently on sle med?
