Sle pt w/ flare in july. hosp. had dark brown urine but dr said kidneys ok. recently gfr is 43. could this be from plaquenil/cellcept/pred or lupus?

See Nephrologist: Early detection and treatment of sle kidney is very important to prevent damage to the kidneys. Creatinine may be normal at certain stages/ types of kidney disease in sle. It is best to be evaluated by a nephrologist.
