Nephritis: Blood and protein in urine does not have to be only with infection. Several other reasons could cause it. Eg kidney stone, glomeruli nephritis, FSGS etc etc. see a neohrologist

High WBC and Leukocytes. Trace of ketones. No blood, no protein, no bacteria. Urine culture negative. Low back pain. Urine smell like ammonia. Was in Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) DS for a week but it did not work.
My blood parameters are within normal (Creatinine is 0.84) range but there is protein in my urine. Is it a sign of stage one kidney disease?
