Find the cause: The first step is to find the cause which can be allergic or irritant or more seasonal, sometimes having to do with the climate and the way your home is heated. Treatment depends on cause and could include a daily antihistamine, avoidance of irritants, use of a humidifier in the home. This could be explored further via an online consult or through your primary care doc.
