Head pressure: Fever can cause these symptoms. Do you have a fever? If your eyes don't show any signs of inflammation or visual disturbance, you may be combatting a viral infection. At this time I recommend rest, good fluid intake and taking Tylenol (acetaminophen). If symptoms don't improve, see your physician for evaluation.
