What can be used for itchy dry burning eyes?

Artificial tears: Dry, irritated eyes often respond to artificial tears. If they are itching and there is discharge or redness, this may indicate either allergies or infections. To be sure, see an eye doctor if the symptoms do not go away within a couple of days.

Warm compresses: You can try warm compreses for about 5 min at a time 1 or 2 times a day. If that doesn't help there are otc allergy drops that you can try. If you still aren't getting relief contact you eye dr.
