Muscle: Continue to rest it and use Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain every 6 hours. Cold packs may help. Drink plenty of fluids to keep your kidneys clear from muscle trauma. If you don't continue to improve, see your doctor in 2-3 days. All the best.
