Calf cramps: Cramps can be a challenge. Often easy stretching and range of motion exercises will do it. Sometimes an improved diet with fresh fruits will help. Anti-inflammatory can help including liniments rubbed into the area. If this does not work see your doctor and muscle relaxants can be prescribed.
