Muscle twitching: Painless twitching can be benign, sometimes happens with magnesium deficiency or problems with calcium but there are certain types of twitching that warrant a good neurological exam to sort out. Many things can be blamed on stress but usually better to look for more worrisome answer before assuming that.

Go see a neurologist: either you are low in magnesium, potassium or you need to get a EMG to r/o muscle pathology. and MRI of the brain - need to see a neurologist
