Leg pain: vascular ?: Deep vein thromotic lesions are more serious but less common than superficial vein thrombi. Your "check for DVT x2 should have been via ultrasound tests (plethismography) to be certain there is not a deep vein clot. Superficial venous clots to move and can cause pain, but are less a concern. See your health care professional.
