RICE: Rest, apply ice, compression and ease off that leg. With time (1-2 weeks) and limited activity, may help you regain your leg function back. If it persists, see your doctor.

Do gentle stretching: It does not sound serious at this time, but you will need time to heal. Gentle warm massage and range of motion/stretching and take it easy to allow healing. We don't heal as fast as those youngsters. Motrin/aleve may help with inflammation/pain. Avoid high impact/weight bearing exercises until healed. If not better after 2 wks, consult doc. Good luck.
