Stop: Almost any human behavior can become addictive. The brain is very efficient and becomes habituated to a consistent pattern quickly especially when dopamine is involved. Food rewards the brain just like any drug. So just stop eating spaghetti for a month and then slowly reintegrate it into your diet appropriately. I had a similar issue with cheese once. You can do it!
