Overeaters Anonymous: Overeaters anonymous is a 12-step group that helps people work on various food addictions. It can be very effective. http://www.oa.org/ also you can work with a nutritionist on lateral shifts in your food plan -- something you can eat "instead of" the lifesavers. With help, you could also review your whole diet and see what you might want to change or improve, for overall health. Good luck!

Mindful Approach: I wonder about taking more time 2enjoy every single one. U might be gobbling them down 4 the crunch & missing out on the explosion of flavor in each candy. U might want 2try going 2a quiet place & holding one in ur mouth for 5 minutes w/out chewing it. Pay attention 2 ur thoughts & sensations. In situations where u find urself wanting one after another, try writing down what u r thinking & feeling.
