Some people : have carbohydrate cravings. Maybe you do. I love spaghetti. However when spaghetti is eaten - insure that it is part of a well balanced diet. If you are gaining weight - take a look at what you are eating, how much you are eating and your activity level. Insure that calories consumed are not greater than calories burned or you will gain weight. Take care.
