One every eight hours is three per day. Have you seen a dentist regarding the toothache? If the tooth is vital, the antibiotic is useless. If non-vital, it needs immediate attention. Either way you need to see a dentist for relief, so now's the time to call for an appointment. The pain will worsen very quickly without appropriate care.

Most common cause of tooth ache is infection. Pain killers mask symptoms but do not cure infection. Antibiotics limit spread of infection, but do not cure infected tooth. What is required is hands-on dental treatment, Keep taking the antibiotic until all are gone. You can add 1 regular strength Tylenol to the Ibuprofen. And get to Dentist immediately.
