Healthy always ok: Often pregnant women start focusing on nutrition and exercise in ways they were not doing before getting pregnant. One must look at the big picture. If a patient who was not living a healthy lifestyle before starts living healthy during pregnancy this is a good thing. We can not just look at the scale and make a judgment.
