Blood pressure: usually falls a LITTLE bit with standing, but it can be considered normal if it rises as well. The key to both is....how much? When you stand up, an automatic/autonomic response is triggered that causes the blood vessels to constrict so that you continue to get enough blood circulating when challenged by gravity. However, if drops or rises more than 10-15 mmHg, you need cardiac eval. Good wishes:)
