Blood pressure: If you are in fact taking your meds, the commonest problem would be inadequate dosage of the medication(s) and/or need for additional medications to be added. If you are on very good doses of three medication groups including diuretic and pressure is going up there could be hormonal or renovascular problems complicating your status. You need to discuss with your doc
