Bed Time BP pills: There are some blood vpressure pills you should not take at bed time. These are the ones which contain a diuretic, because it will wake you up more then one time to pass urine as thats the effect of these medicines, but others you can take at bed time without the water pills or combination with water pill.

Depends: Some blood pressure meds, mostly diuretics or "fluid pills", make you pee more, & should be taken in the morning to avoid having to wake at night to go to the bathroom. Other pills, particularly beta blockers & calcium channel blockers, may actually be more helpful taken at bedtime, because they can prevent irregular heart rhythms which happen more often 1st thing in the morning.
