I went to the doctor today for chest pain and had high blood pressure why did i have too different pulses in each arm my left fast right slow ?

Pulse a perception: of rate of artery enlarging after each heart beat, very dependant on knowledge & skill of observer & may not be accurate. Additionally, possible (depending on circumstances: fear, pain, activity, etc.) for heart & resulting pulse rate to change rapidly. Pulse rate=never faster than heart rate (because a result of each heart contraction), yet may be slower (real &/or perceived). Need more info.
