Hi doctors, is blood preasure related to chest pain? 115/73 pulse 75 or can you have normal bp with chest pain.

Sometimes: sometimes a higher than normal blood pressure can be associated with chest pain but you have feel perfectly fine as well depending on your particular circumstances. BP has to be measured since symptoms are an unreliable predictor of how your BP is.
