Just had sinus surgery and was wondering how long i will be sore in xhest and throat area and what i can do if saline rinsedont get all blood outnose?
Recently had sinus surgery and have been doing regular irrigations using a Neti bottle. Sometimes I am able to get the saline through to the nostril, but mostly I cant. Also I have not seen anything be rinsed out by doing this. Is this normal?
