Allergy?: Many sufferers of chronic sinusitis are made miserable by environmental allergens that aren't on a standard allergy screen, or show a false negative reaction. I suggest repeat testing along the way to rule out any false negatives. Surgery can affect secretions and ciliary function on a sort-term(1-3 days) basis.
