Recently had sinus surgery and have been doing regular irrigations using a neti bottle. sometimes i am able to get the saline through to the nostril, but mostly i cant. also i have not seen anything be rinsed out by doing this. is this normal?

Please check with your ENT about the use of the Neti and how to best treat your recovery from surgery. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion.
