You should switch nasal saline to nasacort or nasonex (OTC), twice a day, as a trial. The inhaler can slow down the runny nose (rhinorrhea) and open the eustachian opening.

might, can use nsns saline sprays like a neilmed bottle and aim into corner of eye up nose rather than along floor of nose (which happens at tiems with netipot), irrigation into ET orifice can aggrivate ETD. fluticasone/fluconalide sprays can help w inflammation/rhinitis. but not all rhinitis allergic--vasomotor possible as well, followup w your surgeon re med management postop re this
