You : You could try to bend your neck in several directions to get the fluid out. Bending over could work, but be careful because bending low can cause bleeding. Do not blow your nose unless cleared by your surgeon. The nausea/seasickness may also be from any pain meds that you are on. The irrigation in the post-op perior is very important, so try to maintain it.
