Cardiology consult: Studies show that poor R wave progression is related to suggestive but not diagnostic of acute myocardial infarction and has several other potential causes such as left or right ventricular hypertrophy or a normal variant. Follow up with your cardiologist, who will probably do a stress test and echo. Stay calm and see your cardiologist or get a referral.

Dizzy spells: If the monitor does not reveal any abnormal rhythm during time of the symptoms it is unlikely the problem is from your heart.
