I'm 22 and i have dealing with chest pain specially on left side for the last 4 months stomach issues both arm hands pain dizziness heart beat fast . took ecg and echo test both came normal. these issues came suddenly and go away after couple of time?

It is unlikely that this is a heart related issue but you could wear a heart monitor to check heart rhythm. Recurrent left anterior chest pains can come from the rib cage, lung,,stomach or esophagus. Pinched nerves or muscles in the rib cage are usually sharp& fleeting & provoked by a deep breath. Cough accompanies lung pains. Esophageal spasms are often relieved by drinking water.
