I am 66 200lb former professional athlete, chest pains, dizziness/light headed, heart palps, feeling faint. went to er - all clear, went to cardio and did full work up (2 week monitor, ultrasound, ecg) all clear. what could it be??

Did you have any symptoms while you wore the outpatient monitor? If not we don't know if your original episode was caused by a cardiac arrhythmia. Your echocardiogram and EKG showed no abnormalities. To check your coronary artery status, I recommend having a maximal treadmill stress test. If this is ok and you have any further episodes, consult a neurologist.
