Breakfast importanc: Breakfats is the most importanty meal of the day. The body needs it calories for the day to satart out energetic. People who skip breakfst usually willl have their body go into "calorie pinching mode" every thing you eat will get stored for the next fasting period. Eat healthy though. Don't overeat and dont indulge inthe worng foods.
