Losing weight: Make certain that you diet contains adequate amounts of protein or you will begin to lose muscle mass instead of fat. 18 yo needs 80-120 grams of protein daily. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and eliminate soda and most baked goods like bread, pasta and pizza. Get 150 minutes per week of cardio and strength exercise like yoga or Pilates. Good luck.
