Cereal is a carb: and too many carbs promote weight gain. Proteins such as eggs, cheese, nuts, and also fruit are much better. How is your exercise? Walking is good. Peace and good health. Make sure you use natural peanut butter, not regular peanut butter that contains sugar and preservatives.
