It appears very safe: I understand the most usual form of husk fiber is psyllium...which has actually been studied quite extensively and has good health benefit: bowel regularity, blood sugar and fat improvement, etc. People can feel bloated or have cramping if the dose isn't right, but if you feel fine, all is good.Very rarely, some have allergy to psyllium powder, but you don't, so again, all is good.Congratulations!
