I train hard 5 days per week,eat healthy balanced food full of fibers creating calorie deficit,drink between 5 to 7 liters daily.but i get constipation easily if i didnt drink between 1 to 2 liters in the early morning which can be unpractical?

I am not sure why you need to drink 5-7 liters a day. What do you mean by train hard? Have you ever been checked if you have any condition which causes a lot of voiding (polyuria) and you cannot keep up with drinking enough fluid and it may exacerbate constipation? Diabetes insipidus is one of such disease.
