What carbs have calories for you? Total carbs, net carbs, fiber carbs?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Luis Villaplana
34 years experience in Internal Medicine
ALL CARBS HAVE: Calories, some more than others. The more complex a carb is, the more energy your body needs to burn to absorb the calories, so you will net less calories with the more complex carbs.
