Probabbly benign: Small immobile bumps along the shin are quite common. Pl see attached. However, if a small bump along the shin is mobile, but still doesnt hurt, it might be a lipoma or othe beniogn cyst. If it is not increasing in size, you can get it checked out at your next regular visit to your doctor. Feel better!
