Too much protein.: It's OK to increase your protein intake, within limits of course. Your body does not require more than one gram of protein per kilogram of body weight, so in your case you should be eating no more than say 40 grams of protein daily, divided across four of five small meals, with fruits, vegetables and whole grains. And choose lean protein sources like grilled fish, chicken pork and egg whites.
