Not that way: Protein from dairy is nice but unlikely to support muscle gain along with your other basic needs. Muscle gain requires a well balance nutrition and resistance training. This includes either weights or equivalent or isometrics. 336 push ups will certainly define your muscles but will keep them lean.Find a trainer with certification in that area and get on a better program.
