Breakfast: It's not just breakfast. 3 normal or 5 smaller meals a day can help with your weight because it maintains your metabolism. If you don't eat the whole day and then have a large dinner late at night, it slows your metabolism and makes your body hang onto as much energy (calories, fat, etc) as possible. At the very least, have 3 meals a day. Add in some exercise and you are off to a good start.
